Hey everyone. I've decided to take a break from this account for a little while (along with a selection of other sites and online activities). It's part of a larger experiment to try to force myself to fill my free time with things other than the Internet. The point isn't to quit the Internet; it's just to find ways to co-exist with it a bit better once I return. Long story short, I have my laptop open every moment of my free time and I feel like things bug me more than they should (such as flamers and the whole people-going-inactive thing) so I'm hoping this break will put things back in perspective a bit. There are other reasons, but that's the main thing. And if I fail and return before I've achieved my goal, oh well. At least then I'll know where I stand.

I have no set return date, but I don't really expect this to last too long, knowing how well I do with these kinds of things. lol. Anyway, I'll be logging on over the next few days to tie up loose ends and check for replies on this journal, so feel free to send me notes and such if you feel the need.
